Der Gesetzgeber hat daf\u00fcr die Evaluierung psychischer Belastungen im ArbeitnehmerInnenschutz verankert.<\/p><p>Zudem schafft Arbeit 4.0 neue Verh\u00e4ltnisse: Digitale Workflows und flexibleres Arbeiten st\u00e4rken die Bedeutung der Arbeitspsychologie. \u201eDie Evaluierung beginnt im Austausch mit der Belegschaft\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Veronika Haslwanter. Interne Kommunikation ist ein zentrales Thema der Arbeitspsychologie. Vielfach wird die Belegschaft ohnehin mit Interviews oder in Workshops eingebunden.<\/p><p>Die arbeitspsychologische Evaluierung f\u00fchrt oft dazu, dass die Unternehmen ein langfristiges betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement etablieren. Wird Gesundheit als zentrale Aufgabe im Betrieb gelebt, sind Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter zufriedener und engagierter.
